LTL Selected to 2016 BTI Client Service A-Team List

Lee Tran & Liang LLP (LTL) is proud to announce that it has earned a coveted spot on the BTI 2016 Client Service A-Team List for recognition as a top performing leader in client service. The BTI Client Service A-Team is the gold standard—used by law firms and corporate counsel alike—to assess how global law firms and national boutique firms compare in the delivery of client service.

Each year, BTI reaches out to legal decision makers at large organizations with $1 billion or more in revenue. The analysis is based on seventeen objective ranking factors, which in-house attorneys agree drive the strongest relationships with law firms. The BTI Client Service A-Team is the only law firm ranking based solely on direct, unprompted feedback from corporate counsel. In-depth interviews with more than 300 corporate counsel reveal that LTL delivers better client service than over half of the law firms serving the world’s largest clients. LTL achieved particular recognition in four key categories: client-focused; value for the dollar; core scope; and regional reputation.

Out of a field of more than 650 law firms serving the Fortune 1000, LTL ranked higher than most AmLaw 200 firms. Some of the other prestigious law firms on the list include Skadden Arps, Quinn Emanuel, Cravath, Latham & Watkins, Wachtell Lipton, Gibson Dunn, Boies Schiller, Susman Godfrey, O’Melveny & Myers, and Morgan Lewis. Furthermore, LTL is one of only three member firms of the National Association of Minority & Women Owned Law Firms (“NAMWOLF”) to be included on this list.

“We are thrilled to be part of this prestigious list,” stated James M. Lee, LTL’s managing partner. “As we build upon our reputation as one of the premier litigation boutiques in the nation, we appreciate the recognition from our Fortune 1000 clients. We view our clients as long term partners. We have devoted extensive resources over the past few years to recruit highly talented attorneys from large firms, and to implement innovative project and case management tools and trial techniques, to deliver superior and efficient client service. This recognition builds upon the success we have had in the past two years by being recognized as NAPABA’s Law Firm of the Year in 2015 and one of the ten firms named to the National Law Journal’s Litigation Boutiques Hot List in 2014. We look forward to continuing to deliver outstanding client service in 2016.”
